Complaint against Winni for non delivery of flower bouquet

Hello – I placed an order for flower bouquet on Winni and paid the amount with delivery to be done between 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Time has passed. Tried connect with customer complaint which puts customers on hold for more than 30 minutes. On what’s app they don’t resolve delivery issues. Mother’s Day has been ruined by Winni.

Sent an email but no response.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013.
