Complaint against zopnow for non-delivery, no refund

I ordered some products from zopnow.com as they were showing some festive offers .But after paying money they cancelled my order and no one is replying on customer care. Even after doing so many frauds ,I don’t know how they are getting their ads on YouTube and website is still working .
Please kindly look into the matter

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response.
