Complaint against Zopnow.in received the money but didn’t confirm order

Received the money but didn’t confirm the order. Value: ?1536.90. I have made the payment via UPI of ?1536.90 the order didn’t got confirmed. I raised a complaint against this with my email ID but every time the complaint got confirmed by someone else email id.
