Complaint on Maxbhi.com about money Refund

I have ordered Nokia sirocco LCD Display in Maxbhi.com on 04-10-2019, and I paid amount of Rs. 10669.00.
I received a mail from Maxbhi that the order has cancelled because of no stock, and money has refunded to your account on 13-10-2019. But when I checked my account i got no money refunded in my account. I complained several times but no use. It is almost 40 days passed.
This is very unfair, and it is very bad experience shopping in maxbhi.com.
