This complaint Regarding the same channel activation twice and overcharge for the same against videocon D2H.
I try to contact videocon D2H customer care since 3 days to activate the sports channel but no body responded , so later i send a mail also to activate the same but no response from videocon D2H customer care.( First mail i send on 15-06-2018/ 11.30 pm) . Then I called from different mobile number by the time they picked and told me your request activated, unfortunately they activate same channel twice one HD and one Normal , I told to deactivate HD channel because my TV not supporting HD , but they are not ready to do that now they are saying I want to pay both amount. .
In website sports pack price is 23/ month , but they are saying due to GST I want to pay RS 47 / Month for normal + Rs 89 / Month For HD.(Find the attachment). How can I watch at a time both channel and with out watching why I want to pay the money, so please try to resolve this issue.
