Complaint for AP Management service agency. Value: 20000

I had asked for care taker from AP Management service agency from 1st Oct and paid advance along with service charges the care taker worked till 6th Oct afternoon and created a scene based on this the owner asked me to ask her to leave and he will replace the lady but till now no replacement and no response from him. I need your help to get back my refund.
