I’m using asus r558uf laptop in warranty upto 2018 february. i had surrender my pc for repair service twice for the same issue. My keyboard was malfunctioning due to prolong pressed keys. secondly my graphics card was not working. I got service for the both issue from Trivandrum “F1 Solutions” and Ernakulam “Campuage” with an average waiting time of 1 week. Now i found two other problem one of them is the same
keyboard issue. I doubts they haven’t replaced my keyboard because the issue was a not frequent. Now i have another issue with my screen with a bright dot at the centre. I’m a student and I don’t have time for surrendering my laptop for repair centre always and my academic notes are in my laptop. So I will be more happy if the entire product is replaced instead of the each component each time. I’m very unsatisfied with the customer service and the hardware that I received.
