Complaint regarding Bluestar A/c service Issues

I have registered a complaint of bluestar a/c remote which was not working properly. It has sensor issue. Their technician has visited on 4th sept 2017 saying that the remote will replaced in 3-4 working days as product in warranty period. But after several reminders I am not receiving any proper reply from company as well as from dealer. Please do the needful.

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
