Complaint regarding cable tv services

We have made a yearly payment of Rs.3500/- when we took the cable service from Shri Sai cable services in May 2017. We have been regularly not getting the cable service for days. They do not respond to calls. We were given old setup box and they promised to change this within 4 weeks. Till date nothing has been done. I have tried to contact the in-digital operators who are the service providers and they were not able to do anything. Shri Sai cable services donot even send a technician when i asked them to do so. I’m demanding a refund of the money for the service they have failed to provide. so i can switch to alternate cable service. Please help.
