Complaint regarding defective phone from Flipkart vendor

I ordered for a Nokia 216( blue colour) and I recieved a damaged phone. Then when I applied for a change I received a black colour phone and the phone was dead on arrival. I have applied several requests but every time the wish master(the pickup man) denies to take the product by saying that I have mentioned wrong issue. Flipkart provided wrong and damage product and now refusing to take up.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October.
