Complaint regarding delay in coolpad mobile service

I bought a coolpad mobile through online, and it have a touch issue and my mobile have under warranty, so, I went to the authorized center (Coolpad Authorized Service Center, 81/A, 1st Floor, Pillayar Koil Street, Ashok Nagar, Chennai – 600083. and I gave the mobile on 27th October, For the past two months, they not responded properly, so I contacted the national customer care (1800-1027-159), they also told to wait one week for every-time for the past two monts. So, please take necessary action.
