Complaint regarding delayed refund from PayTm

I booked a POS machine from Paytm by paying full money upfront on 25/09/2021 . I used to get calls from atleast 3 persons for KYC documents to be sent on whatsapp. Even after sending documents to a single person other paytm employees still used to call for documents

Later I sent the documents on paytms email address as well. But stil I didnt get any update from them .

Approximately after40-50 days paytm refunded the money but didnt care to specify the reason of not sending the order out . Is it just to keep customers waiting for so many days?

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
