One of my friend send me one parcel of cloth from Ludhiana on 14th July 2022, on At-post: Rajana, Tah:Pandhurna, Distt.: Chhindwara . they have accepted it to deliver that parcel on my mentioned address and i have attached picture of parcel as well. and my nearest DTDC courier facility is available at Pandhurna. that is almost 18 KMs away from my address. and i got a call on 22 July 2022 from DTDC executive that we can not deliver your parcel at your address, come to DTDC office and collect it. i have raised a concern regarding delivery that if you are not able to provide your service at my address then why you have taken that parcel to deliver.
i have raised this issue this complaint to DTDC portal on same day. I’m taking daily follow up from them but till now i didn’t get any resolution from them i have attached those mails in this complaint. please let me know what should i have to do ASAP.
They are keep saying we are resolving and later they are ignoring. i have attached latest status of product from DTDC as well FYI.
