Complaint regarding discount offers from shopping portal

Ny glamm is offering any product @ rs 1/-. but you need to order minimum of Rs. 198/- for free delievery. I ordered two items worth Rs 01 & 298/- they delievered rs 298/- product and disappered. Now they are not delievering my 01/- Rs product. Product was of mxxxxh mxxxxxa. Both are faraud mxxxxxh mxxxxxa & my glamm.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
