Complaint regarding EMI order placed with Snapmint

I ordered a tattoo machine at snapmint and i paid down-payment of 950 ruppees. And then the seller confirmation is pending till now.. its been 5 fays .. if i lost 950 down-payment is not a big deal.. but upcoming day’s they can take my EMI amount (3850rs) somebody please help me i don’t know what to do.. they are not attending my calls too..
