Refund of flight booking amount from Travolook – Rs.4959/-: Mr, Robert Antony of Chennai 600024, Tamil Nadu booked Indigo airlines ticket on 5th April 2021 in Travolook website and got a message that booking is in progress and will be confirmed within 30 min. However, he received an email stating booking is cancelled due to fare expiry. Since the customer did not receive refund he posted his complaint with ICF on 6/4/21 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Mr. Antony received refund by 21/4/2021.
