Complaint regarding fake smart watch from wristbuddy.com

Hi, i had ordered for KW88 Android 5.1 smart watch from Wristbuddy.com but i recieved fake smart watch china made i guess which is not android. I paid 3000 Rs which was cash on delivery that was delivered by BLUE DART COURIER. The watch Order ID Is #201727388. I tried calling on the contact that they have provided 8860439978 (Vodafone) , but there is no response. Looks like its fraud. Please help me in tracking them and getting the amount refund.
