Complaint regarding harassment by Bajaj for loan recovery

Loan Harassment. Value: 22000 I took Bajaj loan and pain all emi’s except last 3 emi’s. i asked for settlement as i m unable to pay emi’s due to some financial issues. i asked for settlement also. and then a lady from 93xxxxxxxxxxx06 started calling me back to back atleast 120 tmes every day and using foul language. the way she spoke to me, i want to commit suicide and die. is this even legal? why are these people behaving like animals.. Please take strict action against them.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
