My sibling and I paid ?1,00,300 to Province Immigration based on a PR assessment done by Pxxxxx Mxxxxx (who we later found out is a theatre artist). They claimed I was eligible for PR with 69 points, but admitted after payment that I was not. Even after admitting the mistake (we have call recordings), they refused to refund fully and gave back only ?50,000. They forced us to accept a fake “service credit note” for the remaining amount. No GST invoice was given at the time of payment. They falsely claimed to be associated with Neat Immigration (RCIC), but Neat confirmed they have no connection. Later, a trainer named Nxxxxxxp (who used the fake name pxxxxxx) contacted us claiming she left Province, only to scam us again through fake IELTS classes. We have proof—emails, WhatsApp chats, screenshots, and call recordings. When we asked for our money back, Sxxxxxxx Cxxxxxx threatened to report our documents to the Canadian High Commission as fake (which is not true). Sxxxxx Kxxxxx mocked us and said “Go legal” and “So what if we wrote 2015?” when we questioned their false claim of being established earlier. They were registered in 2017 and only became Province Immigration in 2020. Their claims about experience, services, and awards are not genuine.
