Complaint regarding Kotak Bank credit card payment issues

I shall be highly pleased to inform you that against my Kotak Bank credit card I already pay 2.40LK as I have all statements received on every month. In my card there was limit of 80k when I received it. Every month I paid minimum amount which shows in KOTAK mobile app but when I received the statement it show the total minimum amount deducted and charged for Over limit fees, Other Charges, Purchase bill, Interest etc etc. Should I know as my card having over limit fees from last one year how they charges me PURCHASE BILL and what mention Other Fees(What kind of other fees charges they ???) ????????? If I don’t able to purchase any thing from card what kind of purchase bill charged on me ?????????? Even if as the card limit is 80k and with interest charges and also purchase charges I paid 2.40LK+ as I have all statements. I am not able to pay any other amount till they don’t clear me the charges as I already mailed on last few months ago that copy I also have. After that from collection department they continuously threat me about the payment……. I already inform to the civil court about all threats which they provide me through sms and phone calls with documents… If I or my family having any kind of trouble due to their threats then Kotak Bank have the total responsibility about that. As I mention that I am suffering from their threats, and till I am not able to stay with my family due to COVID situations I already discuss with my lawyer and I also submitted my all statement and threats related documents into civil court. And as I am not available on phone that’s my humble request that please contact me through email.
