Complaint regarding matrimonial service

I had taken membership from “SAAT PAAKE BANDHA MATRIMONIAL SERVICE” ,Date: 05/08/18 with Rs:2000/-by Cash regarding my marriage. But sorry to say that after taking the membership, yet I have not got any single response. But when I take membership they gave me only four profile numbers and details regarding marriage purpose but when my parents called two mobile number switch off, one out of rechargeable & one of profile insult us ultimate most of them fake. When I inform agency they totally ignored me my matter & then not received my phone. Before my membership they call me almost 15 times to request for membership in different numbers. They told me, that they will help immediately but after receiving RS: 2000/- now they don’t work till now and not respond by phone mail any thing. Now Me & My parents fully mentally upset and disturb. So my request you please take the nessary action this type of agency immediately and solve my problem as soon as possible. I have all documents against above companye. I have send lot of mail regarding my matrter but they not reply only send me again new four frofile which is not suitable for me when I called company”s some executive threat me & my mother.
I need your support. I have send lot of mail in agency but still not a single reply.
