One online matrimonial site name as vivaahsangam from there one lady whatap me at my no and shown some profile of bride and said if u want service for meeting with them as the company wil fix u hav to enroll for the service. As she send me the service packages but that time i was little busy with my work . so i said i wil do it later, but again one day o called i said u hav only this 3 profiles so she send me more 3 profile so i said ok i talk to my parent n wil get back to u , so at last friday 16/7/2021 i called her i said if u give me any discount then i will take the service i wanted that 3months package which was for rs 5,500, but after haft hour she called me and said i do an con call and she wil say u, so from some account team one lady said me and said she can give rs1000 discount so i was ready but i said iwil wait for some time and say u, but at next day miss mxxxxa send me an offer as weekend offer of 5500-3300=rs2200 and uwil get unlimited profile, unlimited meeting, unlimited contact.
So i done the payment but no contact came as i thought it was sunday but monday no one called me and at evening i called mxxxxa she said iwil give the no to rm so a email came as rm name as nxxa the woman ws very rude talking to me. But stil i said that iwant for what i paid so she said iwil only give online profile that also for 1month and all lower profile which i dont want at all. And i m trying to call. mxxxxa but she is not calling me or picking my call, and at evening i said rm nxxxxa that plz refund m y amount i dnt want ur service she said very rudely that its not at all possible. And said i made late when mxxxxxa shown u the profile u r contacting and taking the service after 1month she is treading me. Please help me ,and i want my refund and want exact punishment to this matrimonial site and this womans. that any other person not get in this trap
