Money debited my services were not given

Money debited my services were not given. Value: 2250. It has been more than 4 months since I deposited the money into “quikr “account on the same day of their commitment that my consultancy firm will be visible on their quickr website with all the premium facilities but till now nothing seems to be on ground. Previously I was assigned ticket #477586 for the same complaint but the issue was never responded and resolved

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
