I had taken a new hathway broadband connection on 16-Sep-2018. I was looking for 2-3 months of plan. One of the hathway sales executive came to my residence and sold the one month plan by saying of 2 months plan and accordingly I paid Rs. 1530/- online. After one month my internet connection got de-activated then I reported the issue in hathway office. There I came to know that my plan was of 1 month not for 2 months. Now sales executive is also changing his words. He is denning what did he said earlier. There was no evidence or written proof given by company or sales executive. I have only payment receipt. On that basis when I raised my concern then they are saying that there are no 2 months plan within that amount. I am feeling like cheated by company.
please look into the issue and do the needful.
