Complaint regarding missing items in order placed with Myntra

I order H&M boys joggers from myntra which is a bundle of 5. It is around Rs1399. Upon receiving the item, I filed the request for return instantly since I received only one item instead of 5. Initially the agent came to pick up but he refused to take the item back with him saying that I’m not giving him all the items back and I told him that I received just one that’s why I’m returning but he left without listening to me. After that I reached out to myntra customer care countless times but everyone just kept apologising and asking me to wait and that they are looking into this matter on priority basis. This has been ongoing since over a month. I also reached out to managers and superiors but they are saying that my return request has been denied since the item had passed quality check and whatnot before dispatch. The funny thing is that I’ve been telling the agents and manager that this is a bundle of 5 but some say that it is not and some say it is. No one is on the same page. After having argument with the manager and telling him that I have the screenshot of the page that says that it is a bundle of 5, he told me to email that page to myntra support. I did that but still no one reached out to me or provide me with any resolution. The return window has also passed. Now I don’t know if I will get my money back. Please help me with this. I don’t know what to do.
