Complaint regarding maid services not provided and no refund

An unfortunate experience I encountered with Reliance Maid Agency, and to request a refund for the registration amount I paid on 27th March 2024.
On that day, I contacted Reliance Maid Agency through Just Dial in search of a babysitter. Ms. Mxxxa, your representative, promptly visited our residence the same evening. After discussing our requirements, I made a payment of Rs 10,000/- as the registration fee. It was explicitly communicated to me that maids would be arranged for an interview the next day after 5 PM for the interview.
However, on 28th March, when I reached out to inquire about the scheduled interviews, I was repeatedly told that they were searching for suitable candidates and would update me shortly. Despite numerous follow-up calls over the next few days, their responses were sporadic, and promises of timely updates were unfulfilled.
Furthermore, I had specifically emphasized the need for a maid from a nearby location due to the young age of my children and the absence of anyone nearby. Unfortunately, the only maid they sent was from Nallosopara, and she even requested money on the interview day itself.
Given the agency’s failure to provide the promised service within the agreed-upon timeframe and the inconvenience caused by their unprofessional conduct, I kindly request a full refund of the registration amount. It is disheartening to have encountered such poor service, especially after expressing my urgent need for assistance with childcare. If this matter is not addressed satisfactorily, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action against the agency.
