Fraud by instagram page shadesltd. Value: 4299

I purchased an item from instagram page shadesltd_ and paid to their upi id jaintex571[@]jio but they have stopped responding after that. I paid rs4299 and they havent despatched my order nor responding to my messages. Please take action and there are my victims of this page and help me get a refund.
