Flipkart order money deducted but the order is not created. Value: 10098

Hi Team, I ordered a Microwave oven from Flipkart on 7th December and payment was successful but the order was still pending for 5 days and then I was not able to see the order details on the Flipkart page. I tried to contact the customer but they are not responding. I sent an email 2 days after the order but haven’t got a reply till now. Please find the below order details and transaction details from HDFC bank.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
