Complaint regarding non-delivery by Deckup.in

I had purchased and paid Rs 13000  online for some furniture to Deck Up.  They had asked for Phone Pe  payment. However, I have not received the product after the due date for delivery and they have blocked me on Whatsapp  and not mailing me either. The customer care personnel are asking for bank account details .
