The Consignment Dt.11/10/2018 was booked through courier DTDC to Consignor Address PO-Airport Bagdogra, Darjiling by Consignee Address Paschim Midnapur-721304. On St.16/10/2018 , the Franchise of DTDC from where I booked the Parcel, informed me , that the Parcel is received by the Consignee. On dt.22/10/2018, I came to know that, the document was not delivered , due to the reason “Entry Restricted”, and the item is lying at Siliguri, then i lodge the complain to DTDC through their DTDC Tracking System, and contacted Kolkata DTDC Offiice, they promised me , it will be delivered within 2days , the same was informed to the consignee over phone. Again it was not delivered , they informed me , the parcel will be returned to me, on Dt.06/11/2018, I received the item back RTO DOX AWB No.000013677493 . This was a very important Parcel, which was to be deliver within 20/10/2018, as per GeM Portal.
Now I request your goodself , please let me know , what are the steps , to be taken against the DTDC Courier Service. For your information , DTDC Kolkata office , told me to forward a mail at customersupport[@]dtdc.com, whenever I put a mail, it is showing invalid consignment No, I personally request to look into the matter, All relevent documents are with me.
