Money paid for Online Course, content not delivered

I bought an online course – – Advanced Digital Product Mastery Program on 23rd May 2026. In the event it was promised 52 weeks live program session but none of the session invites I received nor any type of communication. I have tried to contact the Expert Mentor, Contact +91 93xxxxxx6 (Vxxxxy) but didn’t receive any response. The total amount of the course Rs.3997

I want either the deliverable of what was promised or refund the full amount.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.250/- – Mr. Prince Gupta of Faridabad, Haryana 121005 ordered a product with Yepme ( order No.32333647) but the order was cancelled by them without any intimation. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.3,000/- : Chedoma Bhutia, Gangtok 737101, Sikkim ordered a makeup product for Rs.3000 against COD through snapdeal. The product received by her was of Rs.500/-. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
