Complaint regarding order placed with Snapmint

Regarding order #62xxxxx6.
Snapmint executive personally called me and assured me that I would receive the parcel by 24th May. Today is 25th May, and there is still no dispatch update.
I personally visited the delivery hub and was informed that the parcel has not even been scanned there and has not been received by the delivery partner. This clearly means the seller has still not handed over the parcel to the delivery team.
For the last several days, I have only been given repeated assurances — “it will come sir” — but no actual action or result. I expect your team to immediately coordinate with the seller instead of giving repeated follow-ups without resolution.
I need my parcel at any cost and I will not accept cancellation or refund. If there is any availability issue, resolve it internally, but deliver my order urgently.
