I wish to lodge a complaint against Vijay Sales regarding an incomplete refund for cancelled orders placed through their online platform.
I placed orders for iPhone 17 devices for personal use for myself and my family members. Two of my orders were subsequently cancelled by Vijay Sales without any request for cancellation from my side.
For these cancelled orders, I paid a total amount of ?81,000. However, I have received a refund of only ?79,500, leaving a balance of ?1,500 unpaid.
I have already contacted Vijay Sales customer support and requested clarification and a full refund of the outstanding amount. Despite this, the discrepancy remains unresolved.
The actions of the company have caused financial loss and inconvenience. I therefore request that the Hon’ble Authority direct Vijay Sales to:
1. Refund the remaining amount of ?1,500 immediately.
2. Provide a written explanation for the incomplete refund.
3. Grant any other relief deemed appropriate under consumer protection laws.
