Complaint regarding non-delivery by myflowergift

Online purchase but material not delivered. Value: 1125. I ordered flowers through www.myflowergift.com, after receiving payment they are saying stock not available and delivery area is far from city. I requested for refund, but they said not possible. I ddid it from qatar, so i used my friend qatar credit card.
