Complaint regarding non-delivery by Yepme

I placed an order with YEPME on 27th march. On 29th March YEPME replied to my email giving a confirmation on placement of the order and informed it will be dispatched shortly. They replied only after a follow up email.
post that i did not receive any email or SMS from them. I have been sending a email on daily basis but no update on dispatch of the product since 14 days now. There is no response on the phone calls as well. Its been 14 days now (10 emails) &no response.

I need a refund if they cant dispatch the product Order number – 34062635.
