Complaint regarding non-delivery of laptop by Akash Ganga Courier

Courier not delivered. I have sent my laptop by “Akash Ganga Courier” (Hanumangarh to Gulabpura) on 10/10/2020, but it has not been delivered till now and they are not giving any response, please help me in that. I hope you will not ignore it, i will wait for your call.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
