My sister sent me rakhi in packet by shree maruti courier service on dated 13/08/2018. In this company website , it will show packet had received by gzb agent of courier service pn 17/08/2018 .No call coming from courier service reagrding this.when my pakect not received i make a call to authorized dealer on dated 25/08/2018,he said i will arrange a call for all customer whose delivery not given after 3 pm today .Festival rakhi is on dated 26/08/2018 .it i height of iresponsiblity .he also said that he will not deliver that packet bcoz it is not my range .17 to 25 aug no communication fro dealer side ,hwen i make a call they denied nad not deliver.
so finally i make a call to customer care of company , no one give respone to my query and last one excutive cut my phone .so careless attitude . This courier service give me worst exp to me. I will suggest all people to stop post your parcel with this courier service. Pls only use speed post .
