Complaint regarding online shopping refund

The product named NIKE flip flop , i purchased on 4th oct and i returned on 9th october. BUt still i have not got the refund. they are saying we have recieved a false product , i dont know how can that happen , becoz there delivery boy only verified and took the product . They are making fools out of their customes and i need my money back . please i’m a college student and i cant afford all these things .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
