Complaint regarding order placed with mynzyi online shopping

Money deducted from an mynzyi online shopping sit. Value: 1518.10. After i ordered the products, there was no section where i could view my order pr cancel it. the customer care number was switched off & on google i found many customers are fooled claiming the website as fake. my money is already deducted & i don’t know how to get it back
