Complaint regarding order with Myntra

I have purchased a T shirt worth Rs.899/ on 16th February 2020 from myntra and same was delivered on 17th February 2020. The product is tight on my body ( size is not suitable) so I want to return it. I spoken with customers care representatives they said it can not return/ refund because you have collected insider points. But I don’t know by mistake how it is happen. Please help in this matter.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
