I placed an order with Myntra.com on 22nd June 2018 – total of 8 products during EROS sale. There was so many frustrating moments during this sale, EROS coupons were freezed with any notification. My mile stone coupon freezed with out any intimation. Now i face two hectic use consumed lot of and frustration.
1) Product code 312752 – John players men’s brown trouser – order was placed on 22/06/18 until today (03/07/18) order was not processed or packed and i have reached myntra customer service almost 17 times every time they take complaints but never been resolved. Complaint Reference #180626-002598 (received through email from Myntra).
2) Product code 5570392 Clark & Palmer Sunglasses – Received duplicate product made of fiber and plastic. As per Myntra app and product description says frame is made of metal. Complaint reference #180629-050426 (received through email from Myntra.
No action taken over the complaint. Tried and spoke with customer care but did not proper response and kept disconnecting the calls. order number : 1081526-2354797-3256601
