Complaint regarding payment to APPEDCL through UPI

on apepdcl site iwant to pay my bill amount of 749rs online i have choosen the option of upi payof in upivpa section i have entered my paytm upi id and in paytm i have recieved a req of 749 payment from india ideas@ icici and i accepted the money is debited from my account but in apepdcl site last billpayment notupdated to 749rs and it is showing old payment.so please take action and refund my amount as soon as possible.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
