Complaint regarding poor quality jeans from Snapdeal vendor

I purchase a mufti slim fit jeans from Snapdeal I return the jeans for refund that the jeans was fake that has low quality zip button and cloth but after return they refuse to accept that this not our product and we return this parcel back to you but I did not receive my refund or my product help me please

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
