My printer was not working and I contacted AK Computers, HSR Layout Bangalore. They told me that the cartridge and the header needed to be changed and charged me Rs.2300. But after they returned the printer to me, it stopped working altogether. I tried to contact them many times via call / sms / whatsapp message but got no response from their end. This is a fraud agency, cheating people. I am really pissed off with this agency and hence sharing this feedback.
