Refund from Huawei – Rs.8,999/- : Mr. Vishal Sevak of Rajkot 360001, Gujarat ordered Honor 5C mobile from https://store.hihonor.com/in. on 12 Augast 2017. He paid for same phone on same site via credit card, the value of mobile is Rs.8999. On same day he cancelled the order #6710107960. Since then he was in touch with customer care of company via mail and phone calls but there was no response from the company. Mr. Sevak registered his complaint with ICF on 02-10-2017 and the matter was taken up with the company. After a few follow-ups and guidance to the customer, he got refund by 14-11-2017.
