I have bought 2 T-Shirts as you can see of Rs 5,999 x 2 = Rs 11,998
BUT I have got refund for only 1 T-Shirt of Rs 5,999
For the 2nd T-Shirt on Ajio (Website & Application) it says “Pick Up Done” and a refund will be initiated on and before 4th March. Today is 18th March (14 days). I feel so cheated. And treated so rudely. And I feel so unfair and unethical.
Also, I have repeatedly raised complaints regarding this matter. Please check on my account how many times I have raised the concern but my complaint is getting closed saying that it has been initiated.
Again, I want to point out yes refund has been initiated BUT only for 1 T-Shirt.
I have raised a call back from someone senior officer who can understand the problem first hand. Because I have tried through customer care, and you guys are not understanding at all
