I made a purchase from the online store of FISHESHOP Aqua on February 6th, 2021. The order was confirmed (attached) by payment of INR. 1038 in advance. There was no update over a week and I tried reaching them over the WhatsApp no mentioned on their website. But no one responded. So i tried messaging via the Facebook Messenger. I got a response on 13th that there is no delivery in Kerala and my money would be refunded. Since i did not get a refund i contacted them again many times on FB and gets no response. They have not mentioned on their website that they don’t deliver to Kerala. Kindly resolve this.
