I booked a ticket on Travolook on 31st May , to travel from Chennai to Patna. Due to multiple reschedule we cancelled the ticket and airline SpiceJet processed the full refund to Travel Agency within 15 days. So far , TravelLook has not refunded the amount . We called many times and they are saying it will be processes in so and so days. Also they are saying the money will be refunded in walled whereas we paid from Credit card and now credit card additional fees are applied due to non payment . We tried several times to call them but every time they are asking money will be processed in a day in 48 hrs etc.
