Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

I booked a ticket on Travolook on 31st May , to travel from Chennai to Patna. Due to multiple reschedule we cancelled the ticket and airline SpiceJet processed the full refund to Travel Agency within 15 days. So far , TravelLook has not refunded the amount . Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Refund from Travolook – Rs.17,825/- : Ms. Niharika Pilla of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013 booked flight tickets from Srinagar to Visakhapatnam on 22/04/2021 for INR17825 and after payment she got a mail that the booking got cancelled due to rise in price and was told that the amount will be refunded within 10-15 days. Refund from snapdeal.com – Rs.22,000/- : Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune-411019, Maharashtra (saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered Iphone 4 through snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming.
