Refund from Shopclues – Rs.15,990/- : Amit Kumar Nath of Surapet, Vinayagapuram ordered a 32 inch samsung LED tv on shopclues.com on 23rd Jan,2016. vide order no 873104317. As per shopclues the material was shipped through beacon surface carrier and expected delivery date date was between 6th feb, 2016 to 9th feb,2016. However, he did not receive the product and did not receive any firm response from Shopclues to his emails. He posted his complaint with ICF on 09-02-2016. The customer got his refund by 24 March.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
